effective lower body stability patterns and then progress into effective
explosive power transfer from lower body to upper body; enhancing your lower
body to generate power and then transfer through your core. Training can focus
first on basic linear movement first and then lead into diagonal/rotational
patterns. Our 3D evaluation will show you where your weaknesses are and allow us
to direct corrective action to solve any issues.
