Why
should you as an athlete be
interested in
biomechanics?
Whether you are a golfer,
cyclist, runner, baseball
player, hockey player or tennis player; if you
don’t understand how you create
power, unless you plan to rely
on luck and good genetics, you
will never be able to change
your ability to effectively
create more power, and perform
better without injury.
Addressing biomechanics is about
addressing how your body
efficiently moves
and creates power. Styles vary
in each sport and between
individual athletes, and
regardless of individual style,
the commonality amongst every
elite athlete whether PGA tour
player, or European Road Cyclist
or Iron-Man Champion is their
biomechanics. If fitness is to have an impact on
performance, training
must address breakdowns in
biomechanics. Want to learn
